BillReady and LineLatch are read-only analysis apps with separately licensed access. PODGuard is free for verified accounts. This page describes the controls that exist today, not future security or compliance promises.
BillReady and LineLatch offer one-time Founding Pilot app access. PODGuard is free for signed-in users with capped analyses; do not upload regulated or unnecessary personal data.
The public demo processes selected JSON in the visitor's browser. It uses no third-party analytics or AI API call for selected document contents. The public demo does not upload data. Authenticated PODGuard app users can upload evidence originals to private storage, with individual 30-day retention deadlines.
The hosting provider receives ordinary page requests and associated network metadata. The demo is not a secure file-transfer service.
Do not send PHI, medical details, signatures, bank or card data, driver/customer contact details, or other unnecessary personal data. BillReady is not represented as HIPAA compliant.
BillReady and LineLatch Founding Pilots are $79 each, one time. Founding Pilot checkout is available. Each pilot provides 14 days from verified payment, 3 completed analyses and up to 100 rows per CSV. Use the purchased product access code with the same verified email in the App Portal. Monthly subscriptions are unavailable.
PODGuard requires a verified account, no purchase or access code, and provides 3 free analyses per 14-day allowance with up to 100 rows per CSV. Supported evidence originals are PDF, PNG and JPEG. Checks use declared metadata; no OCR, signature authentication or legal-validity guarantee is provided.
Authenticated app data is scoped to the account using D1 metadata and private R2 storage. Access to stored analysis results and originals expires after 30 days. Scheduled physical cleanup can be delayed by failures or backlog. Earlier deletion is available in the app. Do not upload regulated or unnecessary personal data; no compliance certification is claimed.
